Mortgage advice fees
Our mortgage advice fees range from £495 to £1,995, depending on the complexity of your case. The exact fee, the service it covers and when it becomes payable will be explained in writing before you decide whether to proceed. Any cancellation or refund arrangements will be set out in the applicable client agreement. Please ask if any part is unclear.
Scope and remuneration
Before advice begins, we will explain the scope of the mortgage or protection service, the products and providers considered, any relevant restrictions and the applicable remuneration. Where lender or insurer commission is relevant, it will be disclosed through the service information. This website does not claim whole-of-market or independent status.
Personal recommendations
Advice requires a review of your circumstances. Please provide accurate and complete information and tell us about relevant changes. A lender or insurer makes its own application decision and may require additional checks or documents.
